Shanghai Qifan Cable Co., Ltd. was established in 1994, and is a comprehensive ，cable enterprise integrating research , development, production, and sales. In July 2020, Qifan Cable co.,Ltd was listed on the A-share main board, making it a leading company in the wire and cable industry. It has five production bases: the headquarter in Jinshan district , Shanghai city , Tengcang , Shanghai, Chizhou city , Anhui Province , Yichang city , Hubei Province , and Beihai city , Guangxi province . The total land area exceeds 1.5 million square meters, with an annual production capacity of USD 45 billion.
The company has more than 4,000 employees, including over 200 technical expertise. Our main products include power cables up to 500kV and submarine cables up to 200kV, cables for electrical equipment and communication cables, with over 50 series and nearly one million different modes. Our sales revenue ranks among the top 10 in the country.
Qifan Cable regards product quality as paramount and has been a pioneer in the Shanghai cable industry by obtaining international management system certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001. The company has successively səkˈsesɪvli/ introduced VCV, CCV (10-110/220kV) ultra-high voltage production lines from Germany’s TROESTER and more than 3,000 sets of advanced production and testing equipment from Germany’s SIKORA, NIEHOFF and the United States’ HIPO. Particularly, our Yichang factory features a tower-type cross-linking production line reaching up to 180 meters, a submarine cable production line, and a supporting wharf/wɔːf/ . We also have various testing laboratories, including a cable testing center, which has obtained national CNAS certification, laying a solid foundation for the research and manufacturing of high-quality cables.
Our products have been successfully applied in various sectors such as State Grid, , petrochemicals, steel, energy, construction, and high-speed rail. They have been used in major domestic and international projects, such as the Indonesia Obi Island nickel-iron project,, Laos’ first 500kV transmission and transformation project, the 2008 Olympic Bird’s Nest Stadium/ˈsteɪdiəm/ , and the Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge. Our products have been exported to more than 30 countries, including the United States, Australia, Russia, Kenya, Zambia, Laos, Uzbekistan , Egypt, Iraq, and so on .
